Is it possible to book a one time standard clean?No. We can only offer one time deep cleaning. However, we do offer standard cleaning as a recurring service. Please speak with our customer service team to learn more or visit our services page to see the difference between our standard and deep cleaning.

How can I schedule a cleaning?Scheduling a cleaning with VUUM Home Cleaning is easy! You can book online through our website or call our customer service team. Choose your preferred date and time, and we'll handle the rest.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?No, you don't need to be home. You can provide us with access instructions, and our trusted cleaning professionals will take care of everything while you're away.

What is included in a standard cleaning service?Our standard cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and general tidying up. For a detailed list of tasks, please refer to our services page.

What is the difference between standard cleaning and deep cleaning?Deep cleaning includes everything in our standard cleaning plus additional tasks like scrubbing grout, and reaching high and difficult areas. Are the cleaning products you use safe and eco-friendly?Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment.

What if the cleaning providers need more time than originally quoted?We will notify you no later than 1 hour prior to the end of the originally quoted time. You will be able to approve or deny the additional time required by the providers to finish the job. All of our quotes are estimates and from time to time we may need to adjust the quote based on the work required.

How can I pay for the cleaning service?We accept secure online or over the phone payments via credit card at the time of booking. We do not accept cash or checks.

What is your cancellation policy?We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee of $70 will apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?Yes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our cleaning providers will ask to do a walkthrough with you as they come to the end of the cleaning. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, our cleaners will endeavor to resolve the issue before they leave the property. If for any reason the issue cannot be resolved please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost.

Are your cleaning professionals background-checked and insured?Yes, all our cleaning professionals are thoroughly background-checked, and insured to ensure your peace of mind.

What should I do if something is damaged during the cleaning?While our team takes great care of your belongings, accidents can happen. If something gets damaged, please notify us immediately, and we will address the issue promptly.

Does your company have general liability insurance?Yes! We are fully insured with general liability insurance up to 1 million dollars.

Can I request the same cleaning professional for each visit?Absolutely! We understand the importance of consistency and trust. You can request the same cleaning professional for each visit, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
